5.4 Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver your order to you as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you will find all the information about our shipping and delivery policy.
1. Processing time (dispatch)
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.
2. Delivery time
After processing, the average shipping time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs procedures.
3. Shipping method and origin
To reduce waste and save on CO2 emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China. As a result, customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. Our shipping partner is: Canada Post.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
5. Tracking — customer responsibility
● The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking code via our website and the link provided by email.
● The customer is responsible for checking whether the package will be delivered at home or sent to a pickup point, and for collecting it there if necessary.
● Is delivery taking longer than expected, or is something wrong? Always send an email to info@vancouverco.com first, rather than opening a chargeback or refund directly.
6. Responsibility during shipping
● If the tracking information shows the package has been delivered, responsibility lies with the customer.
● Please check your address carefully; errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order, via info@vancouverco.com.
