5.5 Payment Policy

At Vancouver Co, we offer a variety of payment methods. Please note: available methods may vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking which options are available to them.

All payments are processed via a secure SSL connection through our payment providers. Your full payment details are never stored on our own servers.

Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully and fully completed.

4. Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund (for example, following an approved return), the amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item, via the original payment method.
