Shipping & Returns
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery to Canadian addresses typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. Every order ships with tracking, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

During peak periods, delivery can take slightly longer. If you need an item by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it will arrive in time.

Returns — 30 days
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

To start, email info@covancouver.com with:

Your order number
What's wrong, or which item you'd like to return
A photo, if the item arrived damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered
We reply within one business day.

If something is wrong with your order
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, in wrong colour, or simply isn't what you ordered, that's on us. We'll refund you in full, and you don't need to send anything back and you pay nothing. A photo is all we need.

If it doesn't fit or isn't for you
If the item is fine but isn't right for you, you can choose either of the following. Please read both carefully so there are no surprises:

Return it for a full refund. We'll send you the return address. Return postage is paid by you. Our items ship from overseas, so return postage is typically $30–60 depending on the parcel and your location. Your refund is issued once the item arrives back with us.
Keep it and take a partial refund. If you'd rather not pay to post it back, we can refund a portion of what you paid and you keep the item. There is nothing to send and nothing to pay. Most customers prefer this option.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or colour instead of a refund, let us know and we'll arrange it. In most cases we won't ask you to send the original item back.

If your order hasn't arrived
If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 40 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll either resend your order free of charge or refund you in full — your choice, at no cost to you.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

What we can't accept
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
Items returned without contacting us first
A note on colour
Screens vary, and colours can look slightly different in person than they do on your device. If the difference is significant enough that the item isn't what you expected, get in touch — we'll treat it as our error, not yours, and you won't pay anything.
